Taxi apps in Mongolia — which one is best?

Hi everyone, I’ll be visiting Mongolia soon and was wondering which taxi app is the best for getting around the city. Between Tino, UBCab, and ABA, which one do you recommend?

Also, do people usually pay with cash, card, or app? Any tips for getting around would be really helpful.
