Incompetent managers

It is so frustrating to work with incompetent managers who themselves don't add any value. My manager does not understand things in high level or low level. He keeps delegating all tasks to someone in team, keeps adding everyone on calls as he can not explain things to others when asked a question. If something goes wrong, he cannot find root cause by himself. Yet he draws salary much higher than team members and burdens them with all his work.

Tired of this. Just not getting any other job otherwise would have left this job. Only saving grace is he has not been rude with me and always said don't stretch yourself. Just do what is possible in working hrs. But point is cannot finish all tasks without stretching.
