SWA 3237 from Denver to Atlanta

As we taxied out to the runway, we stop and sat for a bit. Pilot came on the PA and said something about a training flight landing and damaging our front tires. Not sure how those two things connect, but I know it is gonna take some time to replace those tires.

I know folks around here are good at finding out details on things like this. Anybody know the relationship between the landing plane and our front tires?
