F camparc and their boredom

Camparc can suck a dih...whyd they give me a ticket because they couldn't see my plate but my plate is completely visible?? Maybe because they can't see my sticker completely but why does that matter to them? No one...troopers columbus police etc has ever said anything to me but the damn hall monitor of the parking lot is pissy? 🖕🏼
