Power suddenly cut to unit

I’ve lived in my apt since 2015 and utilities have always been included in my rent. I’ve never received any notice of this changing and today when I woke up my power was cut and I received notice at my door from Wyse confirming that my unit has been disconnected and I need to pay them to get it back. I’ve called my super to see what’s going on and the person in the office is trying to contact property management to get more information.

I have no idea what next steps to take here. Any advice?
