Call flow radar: $HSBC $BRSL $BSX (May 28, 2026)
| Ticker | Sector | Strike | Exp | Mid | Delta | IV | IVR | Ratio |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HSBC | Fin. Svcs | $65 | Jun 18 | $28.50 | 0.97 | 84% | 11 | 2.7x |
| BRSL | Cons. Cyc | $11 | Jun 18 | $0.45 | 0.56 | 40% | 8 | 1.4x |
| BSX | Healthcare | $49.50 | Jun 5 | $1.10 | 0.52 | 36% | 9 | 1.3x |
| RIO | Materials | $67.50 | Jun 18 | $39.75 | 0.99 | 89% | 7 | 1.3x |
| IHI | Healthcare | $50 | Jul 17 | $1.43 | 0.47 | 22% | 1 | 1.0x |
HSBC topping the board at 2.7x normal flow. Most active strike is deep ITM with delta 0.97, so this is synthetic-long territory or someone playing the dividend dynamic, not a real bet on the chain. IV rank 11 means whoever is buying is paying retail for the exposure.
BSX is the more interesting one at 1.3x. They just announced a $1.5B push into a new market and the $49.50 calls 8 days out lit up. Delta 0.52, IV rank 9. That looks like a real bet on the news rather than positioning noise.
BRSL flow into the $11 strike but earnings are over two months out. Random.
RIO is also deep ITM (0.99 delta) and 89% IV. Materials sector, no near catalyst. Sizing in long.
What is your read on BSX after the $1.5B headline? Anyone playing HSBC dividend?
