Disability Accomodations

If you applied for/got approved for a disability accommodation, how long did it take you to hear back that you were approved? I applied because I will be 6 months pregnant during the exam (there are standard accommodations for pregnancy, I didn’t ask for anything else other than standard). Mostly wanted food and water so I don’t faint. TIA!
