Looking to upgrade PC my VR NMS experience

I've been looking to upgrade my whole system but with PC costs increases being what they are, I'm thinking only 1 possibly 2 upgrades right now. Im able to play at 90 frames but it stutters in flatscreen if im looking around to much and then in VR, I struggle at 60.

Here are my specs:

• GPU - AMD Radeon RX 6600XT
• CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor
• Motherboard - ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
• PSU - POWERSPEC 700w
• 2 sticks of GSKILL 16GB DDR4 Ram
• 128 GB SSD and 2 TB SSD

What do I need to do here to fix this?
