How to give feedback on Resume using AI Tool for Career Roadmap

my_qualifications : Careercoach

Friends - I’ve spent 25+ years helping students and professionals navigate careers in IT and tech.

Recently, I have built an AI-powered career guidance tool that does more than just “improve wording” on resumes.

You upload your resume + career goal, and the tool will give:

• Roast weak points honestly

• Identify skill gaps

• Suggest realistic career paths

• Recommend projects/certifications

• Highlight resume issues recruiters actually care about

• Generate a personalized roadmap

Examples:

• “How do I move from support → data analytics?”

• “Why am I not getting interview calls?”

• “What skills am I missing for ML roles?”

• “Is my profile even competitive for MSCS?”

I’m looking for a few beta testers:

• Students

• Job seekers

• Career switchers

• Early/mid-career professionals

What I need from you:

• Honest feedback

• Tell me where the AI sounds generic/wrong/useless

• Tell me what would actually help you

What you get:

• Free resume roast

• Personalized career insights

• Early access to future versions

If interested, comment below or DM me:

• Your current role/year

• Your target role

• Optional: anonymized resume

Would genuinely appreciate blunt feedback more than compliments.

Cheers, Vatsy
