JR deserves a retirement show with lots of fanfare

I see a lot of people saying that JR needs to retire after his fall and following commentary at DON. While I think that’s fair, I’d really like to see him get a meaningful sendoff, instead of fading into obscurity.

Even if it’s just a special episode of Dynamite, I’d really love to see them run a show in Oklahoma called something like “JR’s Last Call.” Make the night a tribute to his style of wrestling, bring in some friends to say some kind words, and hit his music for a massive pop as he makes his way out to call one final main event.

He’s the motherfucking GOAT, and even when he gets a little sloppy, hearing his voice over big matches just feels right. Let’s give this man the last hoorah he deserves.
