Factor Ostro VAM

I just saw a post on Finn (norwegian FB marketplace ig u could call it), for a Factor Ostro VAM, grey paintjob and looked really cool. Its almost new, only been ridden like 1500-2000km, and i do believe there is a small scratch somewhere. Anyways, its for only 8000£, and i was wondering if people who rode or have one currently. Are they worth it? Saw the exact same model for 13000£ in my local store, so i wanted to check if its worth the used purchase.

Also, the shop they have it in, if i buy it there, i get like a 3k bonus i can use on many different things (like aero helmets, a ton of bibs and jerseys and spme glasses and fuel).
