Did I just mess everything up?

Seeking Advice

So here's the story in short. I earn okay, 30 lpa, slightly short (5'7") guy, averagish looking or slightly better..not a catch not trash. Key point never dated in the past and expected the same.

Got married at 26, to a girl (23) from my community. It's been 3ish months since marriage. I was told she never had a relationship in the past either, nothing substantial as she got asked out but she mostly rejected. She was good looking, so it was hard to believe, but anyways, my dad's friends, friends daughter and they know "she's a good girl"

Now a few days ago, she had a fight with a college friend, who works at the same office as her. That girl messaged me on Monday, told me that my wife had a past relationship and she isn't the saint that she tells she is..

I was heartbroken, didn't wanna look at her, there was proof, that she was talking to this guy atleast. I confronted her. She told me that yes she was interested in him, they used to be together but she never did the deed. She broke up with him cuz he tried to grop*e her once, when he was drunk. I asked her why she was with a drunk guy, and she had no excuse for that. She says that it was over after that incident. That friend also told me it's real. First I got angry at her but now she's telling me I could also date any girl I want to "make it equal" and now refuses to talk to me..(extremely childish behaviour; idk she wasn't like this prior to marriage). Thing is her entire friend group says that guy did so to her, and she refused (whom I never met prior to marriage I know big mistake, but we're extremely traditional in AM).

Now she has got trauma, I can't give her divorce, the job I have isn't the main source of our income, it's our family business. If I give her a divorce we'll lose grounding in the community and this might impact my you get sisters future prospects if she chooses arranged marriage, or even my cousins (not a joint family but we're close and present as such)

What do I do man, I'm completely lost. Having dated and talked to a guy isn't a big deal but her trauma is real and she's behaving in a really childish manner.

Is there anyway this heals? I don't want this to end. Older people are telling me "apologise to her cuz she has trauma" but I never did anything wrong. Is this what marriage is? Feels like being roommates with a kid..
