Not sure what is going on if this is my pc or Graphics card with my 9070

For the past month whenever I am watching youtube videos my computer will hard freeze and then shut itself down and when it restarts I have to reenable my 9070. All of my drivers are up to date ext and Windows is up to date and just not sure what the issue is here? It only happens on youtube videos no when I am in game or doing classwork on Canvas that shows videos ext just youtube? Is this my graphics card or what?
