spike septum help!

hello, i need help. my septum piercing is stuck and i cannot for the life of me remove it. im about to start a new job in a couple of days that bans piercings and was wondering how best i should remove it. i have the four-prong grabber tool already that isn't working (i think its bc of the spikes) and i was thinking about buying a pair of needle nose pliers that a friend said helped her when hers got stuck. i was supposed to have more time before the job started but things changed and now im on a time crunch. please help!
