new player advice?

i started playing less than two months ago (for manato) and since he’s on a banner i heard i should get him m6 (i have him m0). i’ve pulled 40 times and haven’t gotten him once 🥲 im wondering if i should keep pulling since i don’t necessarily want either s-rank? about how frequently does he show up on banners? thank you ^^
