I felt an electric jolt while pooping

Black 24f, ibs, anemia, pcos/pmos, No debauchery. Fluoxetine, iron and multivitamin supplements. 205 lbs, 5 foot 9.

It was 3 small poops but the middle one for some reason came out weird and it felt like the stool hit something it shouldn't have. This is the first time that something like this has happened
