Advertise 40minutes ETA and proceed to make you starve for 2 hours only to cancel the order at the end.

Ordered Biriyani from RNR Biriyani 7:43 app said 40mins eta. after multiple queries, rider changes, still it takes forever for them to hand over a food that's ready according to app, while the customer executive says food was already handed over to previous rider while they have re assigned to new rider and restaurant trying to reach first rider and at this point no one knows what's really going on. and at the end after waiting more than 2 hours zomato cancel the order from their side and initiated a refund. what an amazing service. I understand fuck ups happen sometimes..but 2hours for a delivery from 3km away? Do better zomato..if you can't deliver don't mention those ETA. when people order for food when they're hungry, refund and apologies won't help the hunger.
