Going to New York for Opportunities

Hey y’all, (21 M) I decided to go travel to New York for my birthday in October. Although I am going to get to know the city as a birthday gift for myself, I also don’t want to waste this big opportunity to 2x, 3x, 4x or even 5x, my money. I want to take any chance I get to make me more money or have a side hustle in the big apple.

What I can offer is graphic design, web design, video editing, music production and more skills within the creative atmosphere.

What i’m asking is how can I take advantage of this opportunity and make progress within myself. the only thing i can think of is networking but still wouldn’t know where to start. Let me know any suggestions i can have, any advice, hidden ball knowledge to help myself get more money and share some stories y’all have about the same situation in the big apple.
