Opia mitragynine/kratom extract

Im so confused. I usually buy opia mitragynine but I guess they are re branding or something because now I can only find opia kratom extract. I looked at the ingredients and percentages and they are the EXACT same. But I swear when I tried the opia kratom extract it worked but it also felt like I was going through withdrawals. Does anyone have any insight on why this is happening or if they just are the same things and im going crazy.
