So yesterday there was this dog laying out in my society barely breathing and just screaming of pain and agony.

I only realised that after I was reversing my car and he didnt move at all I got out saw him and knew something was wrong I went home and got him some water he didnt drink it I poured some on his face he barely moved but it felt like he just regained life steadier breathing better looking eyes (yes he opened them for a while)

He countinued to scream in agaony I felt his breathing go away

I called atleast 8 emergency numbers most of them were out of service or busy.

Finally one of them picks up and the guy asks me for the details I give him the address details and then I had to leave for something important but he assured me that everything will be okay.

Fast forward 15 minutes later the message he dropped along with the number was you will be contacted to confirm the location and the arrival time (something along those lines) I called him 15 minutes ago and he said I had to call that number I was like atleast mention that to me prior the message doesnt say that anyways I called that number and that guy tells me to call another ngo

He gave me 2 names both of those numbers were out of service actually one of them was out of service and the other one was switched off

By the time I got back home the dog wasnt in the same spot maybe he moved on his own or maybe he passed and the local sweepers just carried him away

Regardless what the actual hell? How is it emergency if you dont even pick up a damn call

Not the reason I made this account but I really wanted to share this story its heartbreaking
