Tips on starting a cult?

I am a fifth year MCDB major (i failed a bunch of classes and am now finishing up my degree) and I've decided medicine isn't for me. I really want to pursue my true passion in life which is to start my own cult, preferably here at UCLA because there are a lot of insecure people who would be easy targets.

Any tips or suggestions? Especially from insecure people, what could convince you to abandon your life ambitions and join my cult? What should I promise to my followers to ensure absolute and blind loyalty?
