Incoming CST looking for advice

Hey!
I am meant to start CST soon and wanted to find out a few things to make sure I’m as prepared as I can be.

1. Which are the best resources for MRCS A+B as I’ve heard mixed reviews so far (yes I haven’t done my part A whilst in the womb, but will get to it soon!)

2. Any courses that are useful to attend prior? Was thinking of ATLS as I’ve got quite a lot of trauma related jobs. Is that organised for us during CST or should I organise it myself sooner?

3. General advice is very welcome on how to get the most out of these two years

4. I am between plastics and Trauma and Ortho so if anyone has experience in either and can help an indecisive gal out then that would be great.
