Using HDFC Milennia CC in HDFC App/Site

I would like to use the card to book a Gas Cylinder within HDFC App or Netbanking site, Does it get 5% cashback or not?

Any other app we can use to book cylinder (apart from Amzn) to get 5% (using this card or any other card/upi)

Thank you.
