throwing in the towel on abilify

been on 5mg since like november (plus 50mg seroquel for sleep). I've gained too much weight and the combo is giving me reactive hypoglycemia and insulin resistance. trying for caplyta instead. I'm excited because even with the seroquel I haven't had a normal night sleep since november.
