Help needed with rust in 1851 navy pietta

So a couple months ago I bought a used 1851 and shot it once. I used a crazy amount of Ballistol and have re-oiled it a couple times but I keep having light rust show up around the gun especially in the chambers. Its my first BP gun and idk the best way to tackle this so any help is appreciated
