The Grim reaper of hazbin hotel who's gone through three iterations the third one more childish but the fourth one is a modification

He's like 10 ft tall because sera is his mother

Emily is his aunt

Speaker of God is his grandmother

He smokes pot his job is simple he works at a stone terminal that's really magical and powerful he basically just catalogs and records souls and what they do or don't do and send them to having a hell but because of Charlie he now has to work day in day out no breaks for like years to redeem people and catalog them and see if there are any redeeming qualities basically just a bureaucrat he's not bad or evil he's just funny but he sponsors 70 things in heaven by sponsors I mean basically I don't know how the hell most of heaven works so some type of voting so I guess his sponsor made it work and then sponsored exorcists

He's technically their boss

Also he's been alive well he's just a skeleton with a robe and a scythe has been around for like 800 million years but he's pretty chill
