P state and power consumption of NVIDIA GPU in hybrid mode

I have Legion Pro 5 16IRX10 - Type 83NN004AGE

14650HX + 5060

Hybrid mode (Auto).

driver - 596.36 (but with some older ones - the same).

5060 without any process always P0, P2. 13W.

I open Epic Games Launcher, for reason it open on dgpu (this helps to do the test).

5060 goes to P8! and 5W.

So it is kind of: under load less power consumption then without load.

Could someone please tell if he has same issue (P0 and 12W when nothing is opened)?
