I need your knowledge on guns (Bullets)

Hi folks, random dude here.

I'm currently writing up a super powered character with the ability to double damage with kinetic weapons and I was hoping someone here could give me a chart on Joules generated but a fired bullet from every caliber.

Like how much a .22 can do or even a nerf dart and Paintball round.

I hope someone here has an already made chart here for their own reasons and is willing to share it.
