Coming from iPhone and Apple Watch 7

Just started with Amazfit Balance 2. Love the look, the feel, the battery however working through if it will really work for me. I'm in the US (impt since some features not avail in US)

1. 'Apple Pay' aka 'Zepp Pay': If i'm right, not available in US. I can still use my iPhone for NFC payments i guess.

2. iMessage: I can't respond (not sure if I can even see)....is this correct?

3. Google Voice Message: I can't respond (not sure if I can even see)....is this correct?

I was able to take a call, however.

Is the above all true (cannot do)? These might be dealbreakers since my main use case is health (that seems ok, although using with the peloton is not working 'perfectly, the above items. etc. I was happily surprised to see 'find my phone' from the Balance2 works with my Iphone lol.
