Issues with Metronet Internet

Has anybody in this thread experienced any issues with their vseebox on metronet internet? An apartment I am highly considering moving to is one of those places that forces you to have their internet that is hardwired in their buildings and they have metronet. I usually see people here have issues with the T mobile/Verizon internet services. I currently have ATT and have zero issues. I would assume I would be ok and would not have any issues but wanted to ask to make sure.
