IIM SBP waitlist movement??When

I actually dont have that much idea about waitlist movement. Can I be clarified why it is not moving? and my wl no is gen WL 283. Looking at the previous trends and after talking with some of the seniors I gave resignation in my company which has been got approved. So now I dont have anything in my hand. The waitlist is not moving from the beggining. Any idea for its movement??
