Smoothest/roughest coasters please :)

Hi there! First timers here who will be in the park late this summer. I am curious which coasters are the smoothest. I know to generally avoid wooden coasters, but I’ve also found myself jostled too much on metal coasters as well.

Looking to see what y’all find to be the roughest rides to avoid, as well as suggestions for rides I might be able to to tolerate and enjoy with my teenager.
