What is a nice hike/trail with a really nice view and that is dog friendly that I can propose to my girlfriend near Woodland Park Colorado?

This trip will be from july 12-17 and Anywhere near woodland park or Colorado Springs I thought about doing it on top of pikes peak but last time I went during that time it was pretty packed on the summit and also what is a nice restaurant to go after to celebrate?
