Regarding slings and their enclosure size
I often hear advice against keeping a tarantula sling in a large enclosure, usually because it's harder for the keeper to find and inspect them, or because the sling might struggle to find its prey. However, I rarely see anyone mention the sling actually getting stressed out by the extra space. It makes me think about how they survive in the wild. If I can personally ensure that my sling is eating and molting successfully, is there really any significant risk to keeping them in a larger setup compared to a small container? Thanks in advance!!!
