Pronounced eye bags after Ulthera/Thermage

Back in April, I got Ulthera and Thermage done on my face.. mostly jaw and cheeks, a little around the forehead.
Ever since then I’ve had pronounced under eye bags that are persistent. I’ve never had eye bags before ever.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does it go away or do I need clinical correction for it?
