Hi everyone, I love playing and watching streamers play daily quiz games like Wordle, Gamedle, OpenGuessr, and other daily games. I decided to make one for Overwatch — [https://playowdle.com](https://playowdle.com) — it's completely free, no signup, with new puzzles daily.

Five modes so far:

* **Classic** \- guess the hero. Each wrong guess reveals stats that help narrow it down (role, affiliation, place of origin, age, HP, etc.)
* **Ability Mode** \- guess the hero from their gradually revealed ability icon.
* **Sound Mode (my personal favorite :D)** \- guess the hero by their ability sound (more of the ability sound is revealed as you guess).
* **Quote** \- guess the heroes from their pre-match conversation. After a couple wrong guesses you can listen to actual voice lines, though it gets very easy once you do.
* **Splash** \- guess the hero based on their skin/default art (starts zoomed in, gradually zooms out).

Please let me know what you all think! Had a lot of fun making this and was super excited about the sound mode. Most of the data is pulled from the Overwatch wiki, and the OverFast API. I hope you all enjoy!

There's some other stuff as well like streaks, a scoring system plus leaderboards but it's all still a WIP and I'd love feedback as I build. Also made one for Deadlock! — [https://deadlockle.com](https://deadlockle.com)

*Geoguessr mode coming soon* XD

I made Owdle - a daily dle-style quiz game for Overwatch w/ my own twist! 5 modes (hero, sound, ability, splash, quote)
