Is it possible to start for free, solo, as a new seller?

I think im overthinking still but how can i start for free by myself to get reviews?

I heard roblox does well but im not really a fan or roblox and it seems like it would cost something?

Im wondering what i should do? do i go with something i enjoy or something in demand?
