How on earth do I study!?

I was never the type to memorize or study for hours on end, I genuinely don’t know how. I got through school with minimal studying and I got great grades and it’s not working for uni. I’m a STEM major and I’ve seriously never felt this behind in my life, I feel like I’m surrounded by geniuses who study during their every waking hour.

My finals are in 4 days and I don’t know how to get my shit together, I deleted all of my social media but my attention span is screwed with or without doomscrolling.

Please don’t tell me to just brute force it and study, I feel like I’m physically unable to.
