What camera settings should I use for videotaping summer lacrosse?

Type of Camera: Canon EOS Rebel SL1

Im trying to videotape my brother for his highlight tape this summer and since i’m fairly new to cameras I was wondering what settings should I use for the best quality? I want the sort of “cool” look that most videographers have in their videos. (See the videos on this profile for reference: https://www.instagram.com/\\\_shotbydes?igsh=MXIxYXA4bDVtYXAxZw== )
