2026 STX 10speed tran seems off

I purchased my 2026 2.7L STX last month with 30miles on it, I traded in a 19’ XLT 6speed so I figured I just needed to get used to a 10speed. It felt weird from the get go but I’m at 900miles now and it still doesn’t feel good, harsh downshifting sometimes jerky on the upshift. It feels the best in sport mode but still not great. I’m taking it back to the dealership tomorrow to see what’s up. I’ve been reading a lot of the adaptive learning software so I’m hoping that resetting or disabling that will fix it. Any advice on this issue would be super helpful. Thanks!
