Places to buy mushrooms (not that kind) in chittenden county?

I've recently stopped eating meat but I also still want to get a lot of proteins and filling foods. I know mushrooms like lions mane, inoki, and puffball, are super good for you but I'm not sure where I'd buy some. I know I could probably get inoki mushrooms at the Asian market but I'm not sure where I could get lions mane. Anyone know any good places?
