Store issues

I’ve tried buying this seasons kit and for some reason I can’t redeem my 10% off code, does anyone else have this issue and know why it’s happening? It says it applies at basket but I’ve tried checking out and still can’t get the offer

Also this morning the europa league badge was £5, it’s now £12.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
