My ex left me for her abusive ex 5 days ago

She says that she “won’t get back with him” but I unfortunately couldn’t stop myself from checking her socials from a burner account and saw that she is reposting things about him/already hanging out with him.

She’s an anxiously attached person and was the one that initiated the breakup with me. We were together for a year until she broke up with me because she has unresolved feelings for her ex.

If y’all have ever dealt with something similar, what usually happens in a situation such as mine?
