Calculated Experience Farming: How I’m actually getting 25 BJJ matches and 5 Kickboxing fights before my MMA debut in 3 months. The math adds up.
Hey guys,
In my last post, a lot of you said that hitting 25 BJJ matches and 5 kickboxing fights in a couple of months is logistically impossible and pure "suicide." I think you guys are missing the tactical math here. This isn't a joke or a troll post; it’s a calculated fast-track strategy, and I've mapped out the exact logistics to make it happen.
Instead of waiting around for single fight cards, I am using tournament structures to exploit the system and farm competitive experience as fast as possible. Here is the breakdown:
The Logistic Plan:
BJJ (Month 1 - The Grappling Crash Course): I am hitting 4 tournaments in a 4-week span. To maximize mat time, I am double-registering in two categories at every single event (Gi and No-Gi, or Weight Class and Absolute). That gives me 8 separate brackets. Even if I only win a couple of rounds per bracket, the math easily checks out to 20–25 live matches across 4 tournaments.
Kickboxing (Month 2 - The Striking Sharpener): I don't need 5 separate fight nights. I am entering tournament-style amateur kickboxing events where you compete in a bracket system. By doing a minimum of 2 matches per tournament, I only need 2 or 3 events total to hit my 5-fight mark.
MMA Debut (Month 3): After accumulating massive amounts of live competitive data and adrenaline management, I step into the cage for the actual amateur MMA fight.
My Profile:
Age: 18
Size: 188 cm / 98 kg (Heavyweight/Light Heavyweight division)
Base: 3 months of kickboxing and heavy lifting.
I’m not looking for a slow, comfortable 2-year hobbyist journey. I explicitly told my coach to throw me into the fire because I want to force my body and mind to adapt under extreme competitive pressure. Entering multiple brackets at tournaments is the ultimate cheat code to erase my beginner grappling deficit in weeks rather than years.
I am fully convinced this is the highest-efficiency route to get ready for a cage debut. Aside from injuries, tell me why this tactical approach to farming mat hours won't work, because on paper, the logistics are locked in.
