Low metallic hum when braking and turning left

I have a 2015 Honda Civic. Everything looked good during my last state inspection in January. Recently I've been hearing a low metallic humming noise while braking or turning left. The pitch or intensity does not seem to change based on speed. What do you think could be causing this?
