Growing allergic to my dog?

Has anyone experienced this? I’m eight weeks and have been waking up through the night with coughing/sneezing fits, which I think are caused by our dog. I WFH, our dog doesn’t sleep in our bed, but my symptoms are strongest in enclosed spaces next to her. :(

Symptoms:
My back inflames with an extreme itch every time I cough

My sinuses are stuffed every morning

My husband and the dog went on vacation last week and my symptoms went away

Am I growing allergic to my dog? Any other things I should test?
