Is it still a taboo or it became normal?

Is it still taboo when women/girl wear skin tight Desi dresses (like kameez salwar) and go out in public (in Pakistan obviously) because I nowadays most of young married ladies and some other ladies are in tight kameez salwar? Soo it makes me wonder is it this a taboo or it is becoming normal?
