Right stick input lag in the Resident Evil Requiem Switch 2 demo?

I just downloaded the demo on the Switch 2 and noticed that the input lag when moving the right stick is extremely high, despite tweaking the deadzone settings. (It's definitely not the TV).
Is this just an issue with the demo itself?
