Business Attire for the Heat?

I have an interview for a VERY important fellowship next week. The dress code is business attire. Most of what I see is pants and a jacket/blazer as the dress code.

I am in the south and it is HOT! If I wore that, I’d simply pass out. What is a cooler option for business attire?
