Drills for New Team

I've just started playing slow pitch in a church league. It's the first year our church has fielded a team. We've got like 4 guys who are strong, former high school baseball players. 5 or 6 who are mediocre, can field and put bat on ball, have some baseball experience, but aren't hitting bombs (I'm in this camp). And then about 6 or 8 guys who have never played baseball in their life (don't know the rules very well, use the glove upside down when fielding, can't put bat on ball consistently). It's a church league so just for fun (e.g., there's a home run limit, and we are allowed to bat 16 guys in the lineup each game).

Even so, the last few games have been brutal. I'm looking for recommendations for drills we could do either during warm ups or at the occasional practice to raise the floor of the team a bit. I was thinking soft toss into the fence with wiffle balls and some basic ground ball practice. But if anyone has anything more specific, would be greatly appreciated.
